Fleur et Beurre
from $15.00

Salted Honey • Warm Croissant • Black Saffron

Butter, Bloom, and a Whisper of Velvet Spice

Fleur et Beurre is the scent of slow mornings and soft luxury—fresh croissant warmth wrapped in salted honey and brushed with violet and saffron. It’s golden, indulgent, and unexpectedly elegant, like sunlight streaming through lace curtains in a quiet Paris café.

Butter arrives first. Not as a note, exactly, but as a carrier. It has that unusual ability to hold and extend aroma, which is why the scent of a bakery often feels richer than the ingredients alone would suggest.

That warmth opens the door.

Honey follows, but lightly—floral rather than sugary. Its character depends entirely on the fields in which it’s harvested, which is why it never smells quite the same twice. Here, it lifts the structure without weighing it down.

Then saffron. Subtle, but unmistakable. Harvested by hand for over 3,000 years, each thread drawn from a single flower, it brings both warmth and a faint brightness—one of the few materials that can do both at once.

The floral note appears last. Soft, powdered at the edges, but never fully defined. More of a lift than a presence.

Everything moves in small increments.

The sweetness never gathers. It stays suspended—warm, balanced, and just restrained enough to remain interesting.

Top Notes:

Speakeasy
from $18.00

Gilded Mandarin • Worn Leather • Pineappled sage

Dim Lights, Hidden Doors

Speakeasy is sultry and unexpected — bright at the top, moody at the base, with just enough swagger to slip past the velvet rope.

You weren’t meant to find it this easily.

The brightness gives it away at first—mellow citrus, smooth and polished, like something poured into cut glass under low light. Orange peel oils were often used in early cocktails not just for flavor, but to mask harsher spirits during Prohibition. A quick twist over the rim, and suddenly everything felt more refined than it really was.

That illusion doesn’t last.

Something green cuts through next—herbal, controlled, slightly dry. It pulls the citrus back, keeps it from becoming too easy.

Then the room reveals itself.

Leather, worn smooth. Warm amber, thickening the air. The kind of atmosphere that lingers in enclosed spaces where conversations stay close and time moves a little differently. By the mid-1920s, New York City alone was estimated to have over 30,000 speakeasies—most hidden in plain sight, known only by word of mouth or a door that didn’t quite look like a door.

You can feel that here.

The brightness fades into texture. The edges soften. What remains is darker, slower, more deliberate.

Not everything is meant to be obvious.

Some things are meant to be discovered—and kept that way.

Top Notes:

Breakwater
from $18.00

Marine Air • Driftwood • Dry Stone

Salt Wind, Quiet Timber

Sea air, but structured—held in place by something older than the water itself.

It opens with that unmistakable brightness: clean, mineral, and terrifically refreshing. Coastal air has a way of sharpening everything it touches. In the late 18th century, chemists studying seaside environments began noting that the air itself behaved differently—brighter, more reactive—though they didn’t yet have the language to explain why.

That clarity doesn’t linger.

Something warmer begins to surface. Dry wood, faintly resinous, with a trace of smoke—not fire, but what remains after. Palo santo has been used for centuries in ritual settings, not for its intensity, but for the way it settles a space without overwhelming it.

The mineral note returns, but deeper now. Stone, dampened by salt, worn smooth over time. Coastal structures aren’t built to resist the sea outright—they’re designed to disperse its energy, breaking force into smaller, quieter impacts.

You can feel that happening here.

Underneath it all, a subtle softness: paper, aged wood, a trace of leather—materials that suggest interior space, something sheltered just beyond the elements.

The brightness passes through. The structure remains.

It leaves the impression of standing at the edge of something vast—held there, not by force, but by design.

Top Notes:
Marine Ozone • Sea Spray • Light Citrus

Middle Notes:
Mineral Water • Sandalwood • Driftwood

Base Notes:
Palo Santo • Ambered Wood • Soft Leathered Paper

Home Grown
from $15.00

Tomato Leaf • Fresh Basil • Garden Mint

Straight from the Stems

Home Grown smells like a garden still warm from the sun—green, earthy, and unapologetically fresh. It’s the scent of just-picked herbs, sun-ripened stems, and soil that remembers last night’s rain. For those who like their nature well-tended and slightly smug.

Tomato leaf—sharp, unmistakable, invigorating.

For years, tomatoes occupied an odd place in American life—not quite fruit, not quite vegetable—until the U.S. Supreme Court settled the matter in 1893, declaring them a vegetable for tax purposes.

That ambiguity lingers here.

The green note arrives vivid and immediate, carrying both brightness and depth at once—leaf, stem, and the faint impression of sun-warmed vines.

Basil follows, warmer, slightly sweet but still anchored in the stem. Mint moves through next—cool, lifting, clearing space rather than filling it. These aren’t separate notes so much as a system—leaves, oils, and air moving together.

Then something steadier.

Evergreen, faintly resinous, giving the structure weight. Not enough to pull it down—just enough to keep it from drifting.

Nothing here feels finished.

It’s all mid-growth. Active. Connected to the ground in a way that hasn’t been refined or arranged.

The scent holds in that moment—just before harvest, when everything is still exactly where it belongs.

Top Notes:
Tomato Leaf • Crushed Basil • Garden Mint

Middle Notes:
Green Stem • Dewy Herb • Pine Needle

Base Notes:
Blue Spruce • Damp Earth • Soft Moss
