Purpose

Olfactory Weather is used by Aeris Candle Company for internal market research, fragrance-trend analysis, and related business planning.

The service is not offered as a public consumer product and is not intended for use by unaffiliated third parties.

Authorized Use

Access to Olfactory Weather is limited to authorized users of Aeris Candle Company.

Users may not attempt to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access data without authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Third-Party Services

Olfactory Weather may interact with third-party services, including Google Ads and related APIs.

Use of those services remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of the third-party provider.

Aeris Candle Company does not control the availability, accuracy, or continued operation of third-party services.

Data and Analytics

Olfactory Weather may collect and retain aggregate market, keyword, trend, and supplier data for internal analysis.

Any Google user data accessed through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Olfactory Weather Privacy Policy and applicable Google API policies.

No Warranty

Olfactory Weather is provided for internal research purposes on an “as is” basis.

Aeris Candle Company does not guarantee that trend data, search-volume estimates, forecasts, or other analytics are complete, accurate, or predictive of future consumer behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeris Candle Company is not liable for business decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on information produced by Olfactory Weather.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Olfactory Weather evolves or as legal, technical, or third-party requirements change.

The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
